Meetings
Technical Advisory Group (TAG) meetings are organized annualy to assess progress of the CE-DAT initiative, discuss technical issues, gather input and feedback, and identify future directions.
Expert Group (EG) meetings are made up of selected experts in epidemiology, demography and needs-assessments and who advise the CE-DAT team on the technical issues that it encounters in its daily activities.
CRED regularly organizes conferences and workshops on themes related to conflict, displacement, morbidity and on the methods and tools to assess health impacts and compile reliable data for evidence-based decision making. These conferences and workshops are often organized in collaboration with other research institutes and bring together a multi-disciplinary group of participants from NGO's, United Nations and governmental agencies, and academia.
